Baiboon Thai Therapy provides a booking service for a range of massages that are performed in each and every case by our therapists and independent self-employed professional massage practitioners. 

 

YOUR COMFORT AND SAFETY ARE OUR PRIORITY DURING YOUR PROFESSIONAL MASSAGE SESSION. IF AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON, YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, PLEASE TELL THE THERAPIST THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO END THE SESSION IMMEDIATELY. LIKEWISE, IF AT ANY TIME THE SERVICE PROVIDER FEELS UNCOMFORTABLE, THEY WILL STOP THE SESSION. WE VALUE YOU CHOOSING BAIBOON THAI THERAPY AND WE ARE HERE TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A SAFE, RELAXING, AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

 

 

OUR SERVICES

The Services we offer allow you to search through Our Website and purchase Massages from the menu lists and we will give consultation to access the needs of our clients.

 

If you have any questions, complaints, or requests for refunds, we can be contacted directly via our Customer Service Team. Baiboon Thai Therapy will remain the point of contact for the Customer for Customer Service questions.

ELIGIBLE USE

You confirm that you are of legal age to access and use Our Website and/or Our Booking Services and of legal capacity to agree to Our Terms. You are not eligible to use Our Booking Services if you are under the age of 18. Pregnant women can be massaged from the 13th week. Clients should alert the therapist to refrain from receiving services if they have been told to avoid our services by a medical professional, or if they have any of the following conditions: open cuts, abrasions, sores, infections, maladies, or the inability to maintain personal hygiene, or if they have any condition that poses a threat to their health and/or safety or the health and/or safety of others. In addition, all clients agree to receive services in accordance with all public health requirements.

BOOKING PROCESS & PAYMENT

You can make a booking through Our Website by choosing the treatment and choosing our therapists. We will only require you to put your full name, your contact numbers, and other notes you want to let us know. The payment will be collected when you arrive at the shop. Full payment of the Massage Fee will be charged if you fail to arrive at your appointment (no call, no show).  Once your booking is accepted and confirmed, you will receive confirmation of your appointment by SMS and email.

 

PRICES

The price of Massage varies according to the type and duration of the Massage you book and the treatment of your choice.

Cancellation Policy

We do not charge when you book your treatment. If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment please make a courtesy call at least 24 hours in advance so that you will not be charged for the fees. Please note that we will charge you 100% for the course you booked for if you fail to arrive at your appointment (no call, no show), and in these circumstances, any gift vouchers will be deemed void; furthermore, we will require full payment for your missed appointment before any future bookings can be made. Cancellations on the day of the appointment will incur a 50% fee. Please be aware that arriving late will result in your treatment time being affected as we run on a strict schedule.
